Let me introduce myself

 My name is Nethra Narthani,.I live in Wattala. I am 21 years old. My family has five members, and I am the eldest child in my family. I studied at St. Anne’s Convent. I successfully completed both my O/L and A/L examinations. After, I was selected to the University of Visual and Performing Arts in Colombo.

I have been interested in dancing since childhood. After beginning my university studies, I also completed several diplomas. With that knowledge and experience, I started teaching at an international school.

MY JOB PLACE

  My job place is the school. Every morning, children greet me with a smile and say “Good Morning Teacher.” They show me love and respect which makes me very happy. My subject is dancing  and the students enjoy it very much. They love spending time in the dancing room. When I come to school in the morning they often say, “Today we have dancing ” That shows how excited they are. Because I cannot see them often now, they feel sad and I also feel sorry. I miss them very much, and I am proud of the time I spent teaching them. My school is not only my workplace it is a place full of love, joy and beautiful memories.
